Age two and a half is a great time to begin cooking with your child. Each 1 hour class is based on a theme and our staff will incorporate the theme into the recipes during the class (think Dr. Seuss and Green Eggs and Ham.) We'll discuss eating a 'rainbow of colors' to help your child understand the importance of eating healthy at an early age. This also helps your child identify many new foods and builds self confidence.
Healthy grains are so great for our brains! We’ll sizzle up a few favorite recipes with healthy grains at class today! Menu selections include Red Quinoa and Mango Salad and Strawberry Jam Oatmeal Bars!
