Harrisburg YMCA, Harrisburg Parks & Recreation and the Southwest Cabarrus Rotary are partnering to present the 11th Annual Harrisburg 5K/10K, Fun Run and Health Expo. The goal of this joint effort is to promote recreation and local business in Harrisburg.
