Join the Community Alliance for Wildlife for this exciting family-friendly box turtle presentation. The speaker, Ann Berry Somers, is an award winning teacher of biology, environmental studies and wildlife conservation at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She will share her passion for box turtles and an important state-wide box turtle study called The Box Turtle Connection. You will learn fascinating facts about box turtles along with conservation and environmental concepts.
