Matthew Zarrillo was known for his contagious personality, charming sense of humor, and big heart. He touched the lives of many as he grew into a remarkable 10-year-old boy. And despite his daily battles with autism and epilepsy, Matthew always found a way to smile. The world lost Matthew far too soon on March 23, 2015. Matthew's Helping Hands was established in September 2015 to make a positive impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs.
