Barracudas Swim Team at Coulwood Community
The Coulwood Swim Club is the home of the Barracudas Swim Team is one of Charlotte's oldest and most well established summer swim league programs. Formed shortly after the swim club opened in 1962, the Barracudas invite all kids 5-18 to join.
Swimmers compete by age group with teams from neighboring communities. The emphasis of the program is, fun and the meets are a great way to spend a summer
evening with family and friends. As part of the YbDry Swim League, the Barracudas’ vision is to inspire and enable our kids to achieve excellence through their efforts to achieve their personal best in the sport of swimming...and in life. Our mission is to provide a community-based youth program designed to promote an organized and disciplined swim team experience that encourages participation.
