Executive Baker Mike Pappas had the opportunity to join Jim Noble’s team in 2014. Since then, Mike has expanded the reach of the King’s Bakery beyond providing for Noble Food & Pursuits locations. He has designed and distributed artisan breads, desserts, and breakfast pastries that enrich several Charlotte business. The King’s Bakery has been used as a sounding board for Chef’s and food professionals to get the bakery products that they envision in their minds. Products that are designed to meet their goals and help them with their unique fingerprint in the ever-expanding marketplace.
