Hiking on the Appalachian
Join us as we welcome Dottie Buchan to teach us about her experiences through-hiking the Appalachian Trail. She will humorously present the do's and dont's on how to plan for a hike, what gear to take and how to prep your food stores. You will be entertained with pictures and stories and perhaps even be convinced to try the hike yourself.
Dottie Buchan is one of 2010's Thru-Hiker's of the Appalachian Trail, and a facilitator/instructor with a couple of decades of successful experience inspiring children and adults to take charge of their education.
