Afternoon Tour of Historic Cabins at President James K. Polk State Historic Site

- Location: President James K. Polk State Historic Site, 12031 Lancaster Hwy, Pineville NC.
Join us for a socially-distanced tour of the historic cabins located on the site of the Polk family farm.
Tours leave from the Visitor Center lobby and typically last about 25 minutes. Each tour will be limited to ten visitors. Pre-registration is required. Visitors are expected to follow the “Three W’s” as outlined by the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services – WEAR a cloth mask over your nose and mouth, WAIT in line at least six feet away from others, and WASH your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you postpone your visit.
A suggested cash donation of $2 for adults and $1 for children or seniors is requested for guided tours. All donations benefit the site directly and will help fund programming throughout the year that would not be possible without the generous support of our visitors and community.
