Charlotte is preparing for one of the most anticipated cultural celebrations of the year as the 13th Annual Charlotte African American Festival (CAAF) returns on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The hours are 10AM -8PM Free admission and free parking
The Charlotte African American Festival continues to serve as a vibrant platform that uplifts history, celebrates excellence, and brings the community together. Attendees will experience a dynamic showcase of exhibits, live musical performances, art displays, literature, cultural cuisine, dancers, drummers, a pageant, inspiring speakers, local vendors, and special awards and recognitions that highlight outstanding contributions within the community.
