 !<br />Drop-in only; no pre-registration. Short version of the activity tak
 es place on sidewalks near the nature center; allocate 30 minutes to comple
 te at an easy pace. Long version takes places along ~2 miles of easy-modera
 te natural surface trails; allocate 60 minutes to complete at an easy pace.
