 y for our entire community to come together and show our Davidson spirit,”

 ding to Summers Walk -- strolling from the Town Hall and Community Center t

 ic Stroll\nTo walk in the stroll, residents are asked to line up at the Dav
 idson Town Hall and Community Center 251 South Street at 5:15 p.m. Festivit
 ies will begin at 5:30 p.m. \n\nAll participants are encouraged to dress in
  festive attire and to decorate their wagons, bicycles, strollers, and pets
  in red, white, and blue. A color guard comprised of members of the Davidso
 n Police and Fire departments will lead the community up South Street onto 
 Main Street to the Town Green.\n\nSouth Street (starting at Cathey Street) 
 will be closed between 5:10 p.m. and 5:35 p.m. so that participants can saf
 ely line up in the road and on the sidewalks.\n\nConcert on the Green\nThe 
 Town’s traditional concert series, Concerts on the Green will take place on
  Friday, July 4 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on the Town Green. Musical talen
 t, Buffett & Beyond, will perform on the steps of the Davidson Public Libra
 ry at 6:00 p.m. upon the conclusion of the Town's Patriotic Stroll.
