 nual Tree Lighting Ceremony & Celebration of Lights at 6 p.m., Saturday, No
 vember 15th. The Celebration of Lights will then run thru Celebrate the Chr
 istmas spirit all month long in Kannapolis with the Celebration of Lights. 
 The Celebration of Lights boasts more than 250,000 lights and takes place a
 t Village Park nightly from November 15th - December 30th, 2025 (closed Tha
 nksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Walk through the park and 
 enjoy the many light displays or make a reservation and ride the Winterland
  Express and see if you can find all 12 Days of Christmas!\n\nIn addition t
 o the light displays throughout the park, other activities will also take p
 lace each night. You can roast marshmallows and make s’mores or visit with 
 Santa in his studio. Stop by and watch performances from our very own Kanna
 polis Singing Bears as they entertain the family with a 30-minute Christmas
  Carol performance each hour on the hour.\n\nThe Winterland Express takes r
 iders through the lights at the park from 6 – 9 PM Sunday – Thursday and 6 
 – 10 PM Fridays & Saturdays. Admission to the park and viewing of the light
 s is free; tickets to ride the train are $2.00 per person. Tickets for the 
 carousel are also $2.00 per person.
