 rlotte Mecklenburg Library celebrate our partnership by offering a free Sup
 er Saturday for our community.<br /><br />On Saturday, September 26, from 1
 1 a.m.–2 p.m., we're celebrating Children's Theatre of Charlotte's producti
 on of A Year with Frog and Toad with a day of seasonal fun and hands-on exp
 loration!<br /><br />Journey through the changing seasons with Creative Can
 vas Productions, who will transform our front walkway into a collaborative 
 "Chalk the Walk/way" masterpiece inspired by Frog and Toad's adventures. He
 lp create scenes of spring gardens, summer swimming, colorful autumn leaves
 , and snowy winter sledding as we celebrate the joys of each season togethe
 r.<br /><br />Our friends from Discovery Place will also be joining us with
  two exciting live animal experiences. From 11 a.m.–1 p.m., Animal Explorat
 ions invites families to travel across the planet to meet fascinating creat
 ures and discover the amazing adaptations that help them thrive. Then at 1 
 p.m., don't miss Beyond the Backyard, where you'll journey through diverse 
 ecosystems, meet live Animal Ambassadors, and explore preserved specimens w
 hile learning how animals use their unique physical and behavioral adaptati
 ons to survive around the world.  Recommended for ages 5-12 years old. <br 
 /><br />Whether you're creating colorful chalk art, meeting incredible anim
 als, or celebrating the timeless friendship of Frog and Toad, there's somet
 hing for the whole family to enjoy.<br /><br />Join us for this fun-filled
