Pick your own blackberries is open! Pick your own blackberries are $5 per half gallon and $9 per gallon. The pick your own field is usually plentiful for 2 weeks, so plan to come soon or you will miss it. Ready picked blackberries are available in the store.

Pick your own strawberries are over for the season, but we still have some now and then in the store.

A few tips and tricks-

Blackberries start green, then turn pink, then red, then purple, then black with tight drupelets (the fancy name for the little "bubbles" that make up a blackberry), then black with fat, juicy drupelets. The sweetest blackberries have soft, juicy drupelets. In this picture, of the three black berries, the one in the middle will be sweetest, because it has the biggest "bubbles".

Come early in the day to beat the heat!

We're open M-F 9-6:30, Sat 9-6, and Sun 12-5 at the Dallas location. The Iron Station location is closed for the season. We accept credit cards, debit cards, SNAP/EBT, cash, and local checks.
