Kai's Kookies and More Bakery is Charlotte's premiere late night Southern Bakery. We offer over 14 flavor cheesecakes, specialty cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cake slices, brownies, pastries, hand iced sugar cookies, gift baskets, logo cookies, birthday parties (ages 3 and up), and cookie & cupcake decorating workshops. Our hours are 7am to midnight Monday through Friday and 9am to midnight on Saturday. We deliver in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
