From watching holiday movies with the 25 days of Christmas, making sweet goodies with our children, gathering for family fun and football on Thanksgiving, an annual caroling event we always try to attend, and even making new traditions or daring a trip with two kids to find snow, we cherish this time with our kids while they are little and still in awe and wonder. is thrilled to present our Comprehensive Guide to Holiday Events for Families!  Christmas Parades are popular events that will get you quick on to the Holiday spirit! Every year, we try to attend as a family to one of the Holiday Parades that the city of Charlotte has to offer during the months of November and December. The Novant Thanksgiving parade is a fun one. Slide right into the holiday festivities by ice-skating don't mis this year,  Winter Wonderland, Charlotte's newest open-air ice skating rink and ultimate holiday destination.
