In Prenatal Yoga you will flow through poses, moving with the breath, easing common aches during pregnancy along with maintaining strength and flexibility. We will also use meditation and breathing exercises to ease our bodies and our minds. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with your body and mind and connect with other moms.
