In collaboration with the North Carolina Science Festival, the High Point Museum presents Brewtastic! Fermentation is the Name of the Game. What do wine, sauerkraut, cheese, beer, kimche and yogurt all have in common? They’re all made with fermentation! Join the High Point Museum and Rockingham Community College Center for Brewing Sciences in exploring how fermentation works. Learn about its history and how humans have long used the science of microbes to make some of our favorite foods.
