QUACK! QUACK! The ducks are coming! Join us for the 14th Annual Hope Floats Duck Race on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at the U.S. National Whitewater Center! This fun-filled day for friends of KinderMourn and spectators of every age has become the most beloved community event of the year! Last year was record breaking with 30,000 little rubber duckies of HOPE splashing through the rapids! The Hope Floats Duck Race is the signature annual fundraiser for KinderMourn raising more than 25% of our budget. The monies raised sustains our programs to bring help, hope, and healing to bereaved parents and grieving children and teens who have suffered devastating and unthinkable loss in their lives. Our services are needed more than ever and our goal this year is NO LESS than 30,000 ducks adopted! We CAN do this....but we need your help!! We have our work cut out for us for sure, but we are always amazed an in awe of the outpouring of love and support from our community here in Charlotte and around the country! HELP US FILL THE RAPIDS WITH HOPE! Gather your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors and form a team and let’s ADOPT DUCKS!! Duck adoptions and Team registration opens February 12th!!
