Easter Eggstravaganza at the Town of Waxhaw

Join the Easter Bunny and the Town of Waxhaw for Easter egg hunts in downtown Waxhaw on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 2 PM - 5 PM.
Activities include:
Egg Hunts:
2:00 PM 0-2 year old egg hunt under the Waxhaw Water Tower
2:30 PM 3-4 and 5-6 year old egg hunt in the Waxhaw United Methodist Church park on McDonald Street in downtown Waxhaw.
3:00 PM 7-9 year old egg hunt in the David G. Barnes Children's Park off Highway 75 in downtown Waxhaw
Tea Time with the Bunny:
Join us and enjoy a light fare from Stacks and a photo with the Easter Bunny! Please bring your own camera for the photo. The cost for the Team Time is $5 per person.
Two seatings at Waxhaw United Methodist Church fellowship hall. 3 PM and 4 PM. Reservations required. Call 704-843-2195 ext. 221.
Gem Mining​:
$5 cash per person per bucket.
You will enjoy washing the mine rough in screen bottom boxes and watching the gemstones, minerals, rocks and arrowheads magically appear as the sand and dirt is washed away. Staff will help you identify your findings.
Trackless Train Rides:
Magic Show with professional magician and balloon artist Adrian Gagnon.
