Friday evenings in May we'll be Stand-up Paddleboarding. Studies show that exercising in nature can help clear the mind and relieve stress. By watching the sun set we also help our bodies' natural rhythms transition, preparing them for a good night's rest. Let's explore the peaceful coves while opening our senses up to the beauty around us and, weather permitting, set ourselves up to watch the sun set over the water. All equipment provided!
