Mint Hill Madness Festival and Fireworks

This year's Mint Hill Madness festival pairs new offerings with a lot of fan favorites. The 35th annual, family-friendly festival will be held Memorial Day weekend (May 25-27) at the Mint Hill Veterans Memorial Park, 8850 Fairview Road, in Mint Hill.
Joining the traditional carnival rides, games, boardwalk-style food and arts and crafts vendors.
Live entertainment continues to be a big part of the festival and headliners for this year include: Too Much Sylvia, School of Rock Band, The Entertainers and on Sunday Captain Jim's Magic Show. Not to mention the area's largest fireworks display.
Fireworks:
This year’s star-studded fireworks show will be a magical experience for all those in attendance. Accompanied by classic patriotic music, the fireworks will be visible from all areas of the park. The best seating is available on either soccer fields. You are encouraged and more than welcome to bring lawn chairs and beach towels to sit on while enjoying the fireworks display. The fireworks display will begin at approximately 9:00 pm on Saturday night.
