Flow Fest at U.S. National Whitewater Center

Flow, relax, and enjoy a day full of yoga, wine, kombucha, and more at the inaugural Flow Fest; blending elements of wellness and mindfulness with a natural, outdoor setting. In addition to the Wild Vine Trail Race and Dynomite Bouldering Competition, a wide variety of yoga practices, meditations, and workshops will be held throughout the U.S. National Whitewater Center facility.
