Annual Literary Festival of Charlotte at Little Rock Cultural Center

The Charlotte Literary Festival is here to reignite the love of reading in our community, provide exposure to new literary voices, and promote a renaissance of engagement with the arts. The theme of this year's festival is "Empowering Communities" Through Art and Literature.

This free day long event occurs each October offering storytelling, rhythmic song, dance, drumming, enlightening author readings, book and artisan vendors. Giving the youth access to literacy experiences fosters imaginations, innovation, and positively affects their communities and families.
