Free Family Code at Advent Coworking Space

Do you have a child that is interested in computers and learning to code? That's awesome, bring them with you to family code!
Kids ages 8-12 are invited to join you and Tech Talent South for an afternoon of code on Tuesday from 3:45pm-5:00pm during our FREE 4-week Family Code Program (https://techtalentsouth.com/courses/free-kids-code/)
This is a great way to spark your child’s interest in STEM and to get an early start at developing a truly valuable skill set. Each class builds on the week before, and we would love to have you and your child join us for all 4 sessions.
Curriculum/Schedule:
Week 1, Tuesday September 18: HTML
Week 2, Tuesday September 25: CSS
Week 3, Tuesday October 2: Ruby Lesson 1
Week 4, Tuesday October 9: Ruby Lesson 2
What to bring?
Please make sure you and your child comes with a personal laptop (Chromebooks are acceptable) and a power cord for the laptop.
Your child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at this event.
