Home School Day at Town Creek!

Offered in conjunction with the TEN DAYS OF UWHARRIE, North Carolina's Official Outdoor Festival, this special event is an excellent way for your small group to enjoy a field trip to Town Creek Indian Mound with a flexible schedule. Guided tours, informative presentations, and hands-on crafts will be available from 9:30am-3:00pm, with a mid-day break from 11:10-12:00. The final schedule will be emailed after registration closes and you can use it to choose the presentations and activities that most interest you. The crafts are limited to a single visit, but you may enjoy the other stations as many times as you like!
