Learn to make Homemade Pressed Tortillas and two varieties of tacos: Adobo Chicken with Guacamole and Seared Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Salsa.
Focused Skills: making masa dough, braising method, searing fish, dicing vegetables, building flavors.
