In these playful & engaging small-group workshops we will play theater games and use other creative expression to improve
*Social skills- focusing your awareness of self and others
*Whole body listening- how to "show" you're listening
*Self esteem/self worth- learning how your choices relate to behavior patterns
*Coping- Gain new skills to master anxiety and better manage stress
