Kid's Open Hearth Cooking Workshop at Historic Latta Plantation

Learn 19th century cooking techniques as you prepare a meal in the Latta kitchen. Participants will get to taste everything cooked in the workshop:
Sausage with Apples & Brown Sugar
Green Peas with Mint
Cucumbers, Squash & Onions
A Scrumptious Dessert TBD

This workshop is designed for kids aged 9 and over and is limited to 8 participants.
Pre-registration is required and the cost is $30 per child. Members receive your 10% discount by calling 704-875-2312 to register or stop by the museum. We are unable to offer refunds for workshops or classes unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled.
