Our region’s premier literary adventure takes place this spring beginning on April 1 and concluding on April 30th, including Independent Bookstore Day on the 27th. Hosted by independent bookstores throughout the Carolinas, it’s a great opportunity to explore new cities, support local economies, connect with fellow book lovers, and earn rewards along the way!

Download and print your own passport, or pick up a passport at any participating indie bookstore starting April 1.
Fill your Book Crawl passport with stamps
Visit bookstores and stamp your passport! Earn a passport stamp at each bookstore that you visit. Fill your passport to earn prizes.
Get your Finisher’s Prize!
Bring your passport to your final bookstore stop on / before Sunday, April 30th, 2024 for a limited edition 2024 Book Crawl Finisher’s tote bag.
Grand Prize Giveaway
Finishers can enter to win 1 of 3 sets of gift cards to each 2024 bookstore. Submit a photo of the completed passport by Sunday, April 30th, 2024 to enter. See terms and conditions below.
