Winter Camp at Carolina Raptor Center
- When: Friday, December 20, 2019, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Location: Carolina Raptor Center, 6000 Sample Rd, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078
- Cost: $35 per day and $10 for extended day
Carolina Raptor Center is looking for enthusiastic kids to come and spend the whole day with some AMAZING birds of prey this winter! Registration is open for three different winter day camp- pick one or all three! Whether your child is looking to get into the veterinary field or looking to see what it takes to become an animal trainer, we have camps that would be great for their interests. Details include:
• Drop off at 8-8:30 am and pick up from 4:30-5 pm.
• Extended day is available ($10/day) for drop off as early as 7:30 am and pick up as late as 5:30 pm.
• Camps are subject to cancellation due to weather, make-up days and low attendance.
• Scheduled on School Holidays
• Staffed by CRC Staff and Summer Camp Interns

Thursday, December 19 - Keeper's Winter Camp Ages 7-10
$35 +$10 for extended day
Limited to 12 participants
Caring For, Training, and Managing the Resident Birds of Carolina Raptor Center
Friday, December 20 - Young Vet's Winter Camp Ages 8-12
$35 +$10 for extended day
Limited to 12 participants
A Behind the Scenes Look at Rehabilitating Birds of Prey
Monday, December 30 - Keeper's Level Winter Camp Ages 9-12
$35 +$10 for extended day
Limited to 12 participants

Each registered camper will need a completed form turned in by December 15, 2019.
