Mountains to Sea Day at Discovery Place Nature

From the slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the savannahs of the Coastal Plain, North Carolina is home to a large diversity of habitats. Join us at Discovery Place Nature as we get hands-on with North Carolina critters, explore the natural areas of our own Fort Wild and explore area waterways with the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation. Don’t miss a special activity by the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation at 11 a.m.
