Bug Day at The Schiele Museum

Explore the wild world of insects, spiders, and other interesting arthropods at Bug Day! Meet the famous Bug Whisperer, Tony Gustin, and see his Creepy Crawly Zoo during captivating live performances. Learn all about bugs by meeting entomologists, have hands-on opportunities with live insects, and enjoy insect-themed crafts, games and activities. Plus, don’t miss the sixth annual bug eating contest (open to participants ages 18+!)

The museum is located at 1500 E. Garrison Blvd., Gastonia NC 28054. Parking is free for all visitors and will be in the museum lot; additional parking will be at Grier Middle School and the “green lot” on Garrison (same side as the museum towards downtown.)
