Tools on the Trail at Discovery Place Nature (closed through March 27th)

Discovery Place Nature will close to the public beginning Saturday, March 14 through Friday, March 27. Join Discovery Place Nature in Charlotte to prototype a new experience in which guests explore the urban forest around the museum near Freedom Park. A 100-year-old forest, the grounds of Discovery Place Nature are filled with potential discoveries including a variety of wildlife, fascinating stories of flora, and a site ripe for discussion about the role that humans play in nature. Led by in-house Naturalists, the experience will offer a couple of options to drive your exploration and support your own curiosity.

This special program takes place every Saturday at 11 a.m. from February 29 through March 28.
