Yoga at The Farm

Enjoy the fresh farm air during weekly YOGA sessions at Hodges Family Farm beginning Saturday, July 11.
The classes will be held at 8am and will be COVID-19 compliant to allow for wonderful, socially distant, exercise, stretching, and relaxation. Classes will be taught by local yoga enthusiast, Amry Szymanski. Amry completed her 200-hour yoga training in 2019 and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Participants must pre-register and must bring their own mat or they may rent a sanitized mat from Amry.
