With dance and circus flare, Charlotte Cirque & Dance Center’s A Christmas Carol is a modern take of the Charles Dickens beloved classic story about greed, generosity, forgiveness and joy. All of your favorite characters are brought to live through energetic dancing on the ground and in the air by students ages 11 - 62.
Scrooge, a modern-day influencer, focuses on money and products without thinking how her actions affect others. Watch Marley, the Cratchits and the Christmas ghosts show Scrooge how to care for others. CC&DC’s artistic and production teams are creating a show that the audience can enjoy safely in their home but it also feels live and allows them to experience a live show from different perspectives by taking the camera close to the action.
