This VIRTUAL prenatal yoga class is designed for all trimesters and experience levels with a personalized workshop feel. You will connect with other expectant moms as you move to support your changing body. Class will focus on building physical strength for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as well as learning a brief guided meditation to support you during labor.
