STEAM 101: LEGO Mindstorms

Technology - Experiment and explore new technologies online.

Explore robotics with a LEGO Mindstorms kit! Customers will be given two one-on-one sessions with a local robotics expert to learn how to use the kit. Each kit can build multiple robots and can remain with a family for two weeks. Kits are available at Hickory Grove branch library.

This program will be provided by You Can Tech and is recommended for preteens ages 7-12.

How to Join an Online Program
A library staff member will reach out to registrants to schedule one-on-one sessions and provide information about the pickup and return process. Once a kit has been picked up and the schedule is confirmed, registrants will receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the first session.
