The first of its kind in the Charlotte area, it is the studio’s mission to inspire creative growth and encourage self-discovery through the art medium of photography. Children are naturally curious and eager to explore new things and so it is our goal to develop learning across the curriculum and enable students to build an understanding of themselves, others and the world around them.
You really can’t go wrong with taking a photo as an art form. Photography is wonderful way for children to express themselves. Creativity is a part of life, it helps us widen our imagination and prepares us for a world that is full of endless possibilities.
In each 4-week session, students will explore building creative photography skills through a variety of projects and challenges that foster visual curiosity, story-telling, and compositional awareness.
