Celebrate Mother's Day at Mama Ricotta's! We will be offering Mother's Day Brunch and features for lunch / dinner.

Mama Ricotta's Mother's Day Brunch
10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Spinach and Prosciutto Quiche
- Eggs in a flaky crust w. crispy prosciutto, oven-dried tomatoes, spinach, onion, gruyere, asiago and parmesan w. a green salad
- French Toast - Pressed on the grill, served w. sweetened mascarpone cheese, real maple syrup
- Uncle Louis’ Handheld - Folded egg sandwich w. melted Muenster, crispy prosciutto & Calabrian chili mayo, on a Portuguese roll w. a side of home fries
- Ham and Fontina Omelet - w. breakfast potatoes
- Giant Cinnamon Roll - home made w. cream cheese frosting

Mother's Day Features
10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Entrée - Fresh North Carolina Shrimp tossed with house made fettuccini, local asparagus, roasted grape tomatoes and a lemon cream sauce
- Dessert - Vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam, lemon curd, and mascarpone icing
**Dinner menu will run all day, but pizza doesn't start until after brunch!
