SCNP Long(board) Days of Summer
- When: Saturday, August 14, 2021, 10:00 am - 11:30 am
- Location: Stevens Creek Nature Preserve and Center, Charlotte NC.
- Cost: $10.00
Description of program: Cruise around the center enjoying these last few weeks of summer. It doesn’t matter if this is your 1st or 5th time on a longboard, all levels can hone skills and practice new techniques. All gear provided, BYO helmet if desired. Additional date for this program is August 21 same time.
Notes: Pre-registration required 48 hours before start of program. This is a drop-off program; if this is the participant's first drop-off program with P&R, you will receive an email from Camp Docs to be completed in advance. An adult will be required to sign a participation waiver upon drop-off.
Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation follows all CDC guidelines and Governor’s orders. Participants are expected to wear a mask indoors at all times and outdoors only when participants are less than 6’ apart. At that time, we will ask everyone to wear a mask. If you cannot, you will be asked to stand more than 6’ away for everyone’s protection.
