Mineral Mania

Rock-away a Saturday exploring treasures from the earth. Go gem mining and search for quartz, citrine, garnets and other beautiful specimens, included free with your admission. Watch a prehistoric craftsman as he works to create tools from stone. Paint a rock to create your own fantastic “petroglyph” designs. Plus, enjoy our new exhibit featuring minerals from around the world.
