Indian Summer Series: Catawba Indian Festival at The Schiele Museum of Natural History

  • Location: The Schiele Museum of Natural History 1500 E Garrison Blvd, Gastonia, North Carolina 28054

Explore the culture and history of the Catawba Indians, one of the Carolina’s earliest indigenous peoples. Listen to traditional stories, feel the beat of a drum circle, step inside a Bark House, and try your hand at primitive skills. Join us and members of the Catawba Nation for singing, dancing, hands-on activities, crafts, and more.

Ticket Information:
- Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the event.
- $3 in addition to general museum admission
- Just $3 for Schiele Members
