February is Black History month, so we're highlighting the contributions of African Americans to the fields of agriculture, biology and outdoor recreation.
February 8th: Did you know there were nearly a million black farmers in the US around 1920s? Discuss prominent African- American farmers from the past to the present and their delicious crops as we explore their impact. Pre-registration is required (for all participants, adult and child alike); open to all but best for ages 8+.
