Make masks and string beads as we celebrate Fat Tuesday. We’ll start our celebration at Town Center with the story Dinosaur Mardi Gras by Dianne De Las Casas and then move to I CAN Create to make some festive decorations. Join us at 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
