LKN's St. Patrick's Annual Block Party

On Saturday, the block surrounding the Galway Hooker will be transformed into Lake Norman’s own slice of Ireland. The festivities begin with live music by Brooke Lee, Ghosts of Bannockburn, and the area’s favorite, The Audiophiles, along with a Family-friendly games zone, bagpipers, Irish step dancers and a raffle benefiting the American Patriot Fund. Snap a selfie with the Lucky Leprechaun or compete for the title of Beer Pong Champion,, presented by Bar Athletes.
This year’s festivities also include a new Vendor Village, boasting over 30 local artisans with merchandise, crafts and novelties for sale. The block party starts at 11:00am and the Pub will be celebrating until 2 a.m.
The St. Patrick's Day celebrations don’t end on Saturday. Actual St. Patrick's Day promises to excite; on Tuesday, March 17 enjoy kegs & eggs with breakfast at 8am, followed by music with: Sandy Herrault (Violinist), the Belfast Beggers and Charlotte's rockin' 80's band, Kids in America-Totally 80s Tribute.
