2020 Joedance Virtual Film Festival (Virtual)

Welcome to the Joedance Virtual Film Festival. Just like everyone else having to adjust in these uncertain times, so has Joedance.
We are excited to bring the festival to you and your screen through a partnership with Eventive. It will feel just like you are at the regular festival but in your living room!
The 2020 Joedance Virtual Film Festival will run August 6 - 8, 2020, with proceeds benefiting rare pediatric cancer research at Levine Children's, Charlotte, NC. The festival will feature short films created by filmmakers with a connection to North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.
All films and streamed events will take place on our virtual festival hub, Eventive.
The festival schedule will remain unchanged:
Evening Screenings
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8:00 - 10:30 pm
Student Films Showcase
Saturday, 1:00 - 2:30pm
Filmmaker Q&As will take place following each short film, just like when you’re at the theater
