-CORN MAZE:
Denver Downs Farm’s 2020 Corn Maze Theme celebrates the farm’s 150th Anniversary! You, your family, and friends will have fun finding your way through the 12-acre labyrinth! Navigate to the 12 checkpoints hidden in the maze, and answer trivia about our farm posted at each checkpoint. There is also a Maze QR code game- that you can check in at maze entrance, each station, and maze exit – to figure out your completion time. Top Times posted online throughout the season.
At Night: The Flashlite Maze
Bring your flashlights and glow sticks to help you find your way through the maze after dark! Extra challenging! Then reward yourself and friends with S’Mores at the bonfires.
And remember, this maze at Denver Downs Farm is never haunted … it’s only slightly spooky at night! Good for families and younger visitors.
-PUMPKIN PATCH:
Pumpkins by the ticket barn are for sale, if you don’t have time to come into the event! Use our Pumpkin Wagons to carry your pumpkins from the patch to your car! Pumpkins are sold by the pound. Prices are posted at the farm.
About our Pumpkins …
We have pumpkins in all shapes and sizes. Some of our large pumpkins are Atlantic Giant and Big Moose. Unusually colored ones are Full Moon, Hooligan, Lumina and World of Color. More magical pumpkin variety names are Gladiator, Gold Rush, Bumpkin, Fairytale and Speckled Swan.
We’ve Got Gourds!
Folks may not know that gourds and squash are ‘cousins’ to pumpkins! Our gourds can be used as Fall ornamentals or to cook with. Gourd types that are squash are Cinderella, Long Island Cheese, and Jarrahdale.
