SCNP: Earth Day Storytime in the Preserve

Nature lovers, book lovers, adventure lovers, come one, come all! This special Earth Day story time feature books, songs, and finger plays from the Mint Hill Library, plus live animals and a nature scavenger hunt. Still want more? Make a morning of it - pack a picnic lunch, walk the trails and explore the nature center exhibits, all for free. Happy Earth Day!
Notes: Pre-register (total number of children attending) or drop-in; open to everyone but geared towards ages 2-6. Fully accessible and stroller-friendly. Bring your own picnic blanket/camp chairs if possible; snacks and picnic lunches welcome.
Per updated Mecklenburg County guidelines, as of February 26, 2022, masks are optional while inside all county buildings. If you are participating in a Park & Recreation program that travels in a van/bus, masks will still be required; you will receive additional information in advance of each program.
