SCNP: Family Birdwatching Walk

Step onto the trails and scan the colorful treetops during the end of migratory season. On the lookout for late fall arrivals such as White-throated Sparrows and Dark-eyed Juncos, 'Birdman Matt' brings you to his favorite spots in the preserve.
*Consider staying after for yoga in the center ($7, drop-in, ages 10+)
Pre-registration required for adults and children alike. Not a drop-off program; adult participation required. Bring your own binoculars or you can use binoculars provided by the nature center. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy hiking shoes; be prepared to walk 1-2 miles over easy-moderate natural surface trails.
